Heat setting and singeing create a stable, clean, and uniform surface, while the Needlefelt structure with Para Aramax scrim provides high mechanical strength up to 1100 N/5 cm MD and 1200 N/5 cm XD.

Technical Benefit
The media combines controlled air permeability of 130 L/dm²/min @ 200 Pa with excellent thermal resistance, operating at 200–220°C continuously and up to 240°C surge temperature.

Heat setting and singeing improve dimensional stability, surface uniformity, and durability. The additional PTFE paste treatment enhances the surface for demanding high-temperature filtration applications.
